Qiyang IAC-IMX95-Kit development kit is designed on NXP I.MX95 flagship processor which is featured with 6xCortex-A55, dedicated Cortex-M7 and Cortex-M33 real time processors. Equipped with an NPU supporting 2 TOPS of computing power and built-in an ARM Mali-G310 GPU, it supports graphic acceleration, onboard with 2x Gigabit Ethernet, 2x CAN-FD, 3xUSB2.0, 1x Type-C, etc. It is suitable for automotive edge computing, IoT, Visual Processing, AI-driven applications and other scenarios.
Multi-core heterogeneous,high performance, powerful real-time performance and low power consumption
i.MX95 processor integrates with 6xCortex-A55@1.8GHz, 1xCortex-M33 @333MHz, and 1x Cortex-M7 @800MHz, meanwhile, it is equipped with the characteristic of low power consumption, real-time, high performance.

Equipped with a 2 TOPS NPU, it supports mainstream AI frameworks and models to speed up AI inference, enabling machine learning and advanced edge computing deployments.
High Performance ISP
Built-in a high performance ISP image processing engine, the resolution reaches up to 4Kp60, it supports AEC, AWB, CCM, DRC, AF, HDR real-time image processing, It delivers authentic color reproduction, effectively improving image quality, dynamic range and image rendering performance. It provides reliable image data for machine vision, display, inspection and other applications.
Robust Graphics Processing, Stable Output Across Scenarios
The I.MX95 is integrated with the new-generation ARM Mali-G310 GPU, which supports OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.2 and OpenCL 3.0. It achieves a balance between 2D/3D high-definition interface rendering and computing power acceleration, delivering outstanding graphics processing performance and smooth visual rendering.
Abundant interfaces, flexibility and high-efficiency
The board is equipped with abundant on-board interfaces including 2×Gigabit Ethernet, 2×CAN-FD, 3×USB 2.0, 1×USB Type-C, MIPI-DSI and LVDS. It supports external 4G and Wi-Fi 6 modules. Covering network, display, communication and high-speed transmission interfaces, it delivers excellent scalability and flexible adaptability.
